SHIPPING 

Standard delivery $11.95

7-10 business days processing plus postage time

Express delivery 

$32.95 for bulkier items such as, but not limited to, larger jewellery boxes, 3 or more towels, 2 or more daycare sheet sets.  $21.95 for other items. This will automatically be calculated at checkout.

5-7 business days processing plus postage time

If you require an item by a certain time, please contact us via our online message system or social media to discuss if the item is likely to arrive on time. 

 Although we endeavour to get your order out as soon as possible, please note by paying for express postage, this covers the expense of express post via Australia Post. This is not a next day delivery service. Please check Australia Post website for shipping times from NSW 2171 to your area. 

GIFT CARDS

Your gift card will be emailed to you n the form of an e-gift card. This will be sent directly to the email address provided in the shipping section upon checkout. You will receive a unique code which will allow the recipient to later purchase their item of choice.

Gift card must be redeemed within 3 years of purchase.

ORDER PROCESSING 

Please allow 7-10 working days for order processing for standard delivery, and 5-7 days for express orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

When purchasing a personalised item along with any other product, all items will be shipped together once the personalised item is ready for dispatch. Please take this timing into account.

​Please note: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as names for personalised items, delivery address and contact details are accurate and correct as once your order has been dispatched, we cannot alter address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender. We will make our very best effort to assess and contact you if we identify an issue. We will use our best endeavours to make contact with you if we think there has been an error.
